Saturday Camp Session at Pembroke Hill School, Aug, 9th 2025.
Ages 10 - 18 welcome to attend and participate in a free track camp focused on sprints, jumps and throws. Athletes who attend will also be gifted with an assortment of gear and school supplies while supplies last.

Geared for young athletes who want to deepen their skills, embrace healthy competition, and build lasting connections. Campers engage in a sport specific session and optional specialty events (e.g. jumps).
Includes: Full supervision, assortment of athletic gear and school supplies while supplies last.

Some things to expect on your athletes day of camp:
Small group instruction across multiple event disciplines
Athletes learn the basics of sprinting, and break off to explore other events such as long jump and shot put throw. All sessions led by experienced coaches—ensuring every child gets attention, encouragement, and a chance to shine.
First-time campers welcome
From shuttle races to our focused warm-up, we kick off the day with activities that help athletes feel comfortable, included, and excited for the day ahead.
